Andi Lutz
聯合創始人 / COOAndi 陸安德自2009年起常居中國，能說一口流利的中文，非常熱愛中國文化。在中國生活期間，他被熱情好客的中國朋友們所打動，回到瑞士後，他一直希望通過什麼方式回饋給中國的朋友們，直到現在，Alps2Go 的出現讓他實現了夢想。出生在瑞士蘇黎世的陸安德從三歲開始滑雪，對阿爾卑斯山非常熟悉。之前在管理諮詢行業工作了六年（其中三年在上海），現在的他決定追逐自己真正熱愛的事業。
Michael Karasinski
聯合創始人 / CEOMichael 汪念宏自2006年起就居住在亞洲各地，他在台北念完了 MBA 並在那里工作了近十年。汪念宏出生於波蘭，兩歲時他收到了祖父送的第一雙滑雪板，便從此與滑雪結下了不解之緣，無論是滑雪運動尚未興起時還是現在，他對滑雪的熱情從來沒有褪去。除了滑雪，他還喜愛旅行、吉他和足球。
Bart Cielinski
聯合創始人 / CFOBart 巴豪最近十年一直在不同的國家生活、學習和工作。他在中國生活了五年，能流利地用中文以及其他幾種歐洲國家的語言交流。巴豪還是挪威 Rogaland 地區的認證導遊，曾帶領許多旅行團前往挪威峽灣地區觀光。他從12歲開始接觸滑雪運動，青少年時期便完成了當地的錦標賽。現在的巴豪住在波蘭華沙，還是兩個孩子的父親。
