Accommodation is mainly in apartments with open shared spaces. Room types cannot always be identical and are prioritised by booking order. Single rooms or suites may be arranged in advance for an additional charge. By booking, participants accept the accommodation arranged by the organiser.

Participants share apartments with the group and are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, shower daily, keep bedrooms and common areas clean, and help one another throughout the stay.

The package includes airport transfer, transport between accommodation and ski areas, accommodation and lift passes. Ski guiding or leading is not included. Participants may form groups according to ability; contact Alps2Go in advance if guided skiing support is required.

Participants should arrange suitable accident, travel, trip-disruption and ski liability insurance. Alps2Go strongly recommends comprehensive medical cover and emergency evacuation insurance. Contact Alps2Go if European local insurance options are needed.

Skiing both inside and outside marked areas is inherently dangerous and injuries may occur without warning. Alps2Go prioritises risk management and will seek to avoid major hazards such as avalanches, severe weather and rockfall, but cannot eliminate every risk. For off-piste skiing, avalanche safety equipment is mandatory and its use will be explained. Alps2Go may refuse participation when these requirements are not followed.

Skiing remains an individual activity. Alps2Go does not provide ski-leading service and cannot accept responsibility for a participant’s condition or injury, although reasonable assistance will be provided when needed. SNOWKON is Alps2Go GmbH’s Taiwan advertising and marketing partner; Alps2Go remains responsible for journey-related matters. Alps2Go reserves the right to modify, interpret or cancel an activity.
