After many weeks exploring the Jungfrau region, we’ve come to love the relaxed rhythm of staying beside the clear waters of Lake Brienz. It’s an ideal place for a gentle warm-up ride before the serious climbing begins.
We’ll take on the legendary Grosse Scheidegg, with spectacular views of the Eiger’s north face. From there, our riding days can lead deeper into the Swiss Alps, taking in iconic passes such as the Furka, Nufenen and Gotthard. Some of these are separate supported excursions rather than rides straight from our lakeside base.
A ride over the Gotthard would not be complete without the famous cobbles of the old Tremola road: a memorable mix of history, scenery and a little extra effort. Our support vehicle stays nearby if your legs need a break. The route and order of each day remain flexible around weather, road access and the group’s energy.
